At SM Safety Training & Consultancy Ltd, we want every learner to feel supported from the moment they enrol through to completing their assessment.
We are proud of the results our learners achieve, but we also understand that sometimes things do not go to plan. Exam pressure, personal circumstances or simply having an off day can all affect performance.
That is why we offer our SM Safety Training Pass Pledge.
If you are referred on an assessment, you will not be expected to purchase the full course again. Instead, we will continue supporting you while you prepare for your next attempt.
You will continue to have access to the relevant course support and learning resources, and you can contact us for guidance while you prepare for your resit.
You can also sit on another course completely free.
You will only need to pay the applicable assessment or examination resit fee charged for your next attempt.
Our Pass Pledge is designed to give you additional peace of mind so you can focus on learning, developing your knowledge and preparing properly for your assessment.

If you are referred, we will continue to support you with:
- Access to relevant course learning resources
- One to one tutor guidance and support, face-to-face or VIA TEAMs.
- Advice on areas that may require further development
- Support preparing for your next assessment
- Opportunities to ask questions before your resit
- Continued encouragement throughout your learning journey
- Conduct a complete review of your assessment paper
At SM Safety Training, our support does not simply stop when the scheduled course finishes.
To qualify for the SM Safety Training Pass Pledge
Learners must:
- Be formally enrolled onto the course through SM Safety Training & Consultancy Ltd
- Attend and actively participate in the required training sessions
- Complete any activities, exercises, mock assessments or coursework requested by the tutor
- Make reasonable use of the support and feedback provided throughout the course
- Complete the original assessment or examination
- Follow all awarding organisation assessment rules and requirements
The Pass Pledge covers continued tuition and learning support. Any examination, assessment, registration or resit fees charged by the relevant awarding organisation will remain payable by the learner.

The SM Safety Training Pass Pledge is available across eligible courses delivered by SM Safety Training & Consultancy Ltd, including selected:
NEBOSH Courses
Including qualifications such as:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety
- NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate
- NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction
- NEBOSH HSE Managing Stress at Work
- NEBOSH HSE Health and Safety Leadership Excellence
- Other eligible NEBOSH qualifications delivered by SM Safety Training
- IOSH Managing Safely
IOSH Courses
Eligible IOSH courses delivered by SM Safety Training may also be covered by our Pass Pledge, subject to the assessment and resit arrangements of the individual qualification.
How do I get the Pass Pledge?
There is no separate application and no additional charge.
When you enrol on an eligible course directly with SM Safety Training & Consultancy Ltd, the Pass Pledge is included automatically, provided you meet the eligibility requirements above.
